How to Reserve Frida Kahlo Member Timed Tickets

Members can reserve complimentary timed tickets in the following ways:

• Online ($0.75 per ticket handling fee)
• By phone at 1.866.99.FRIDA or 1.866.993.7432 ($2.75 per ticket handling fee)
  Please be ready to provide your membership number, your membership level, and the name on your membership.
• In person at the Museum’s membership desk (no handling fee)

Please note:

• If you have a two-card membership at the Dual/Family level or higher and the name you enter is not recognized, please enter the other name that is on your membership. Both members share the same membership number.
• In order to reserve your tickets you will be asked to set up or update your profile with MuseumTix. Please be aware that any changes you make to your contact information in your MuseumTix account will not change the information on your SFMOMA membership. To update the contact information on your membership, please contact the Membership Department at 415.357.4135 or .
• Only current members can reserve advance Frida Kahlo member tickets online or over the phone. If you have recently joined or renewed your membership, you may not be able to reserve advance Frida Kahlo tickets online or over the phone. In this case, please visit the membership desk at the Museum to reserve your tickets in person.
• Advance timed tickets are NOT required for the members-only morning viewing hours (every Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m. throughout the run of the exhibition).

Member Tickets

Your membership level determines the total number of complimentary timed tickets you can reserve each day.

In addition, you may reserve an unlimited number of tickets for children 12 and under in your party. Members at the Dual/Family level and higher may reserve an unlimited number of tickets for children 16 and under.

Members who reserve more complimentary tickets than their membership level allows will not be able to use the additional tickets to enter the exhibition.

If you wish to bring more guests than your membership level allows, you may purchase additional timed tickets at the general admission price.

Picking Up Your Tickets

All member ticket orders, including any purchased tickets, will be available for pickup at the membership desk in the Museum's Haas Atrium. When you arrive at the Museum, please proceed directly to the membership desk. You do not need to wait in line at the box office or will call desk. Please bring your printed confirmation or reservation confirmation number with you.

Please also note:

• Times in red are sold out.
• Ticket fees are nonrefundable.
• Your membership must be current when you reserve and pick up your tickets.
• Please arrive at the Museum at least 15 minutes prior to your entry time. You can visit the rest of the Museum at any time on the date of your visit but you can only enter the exhibition at the designated entry time.
